Club Licence – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flawless Mechanics Kicking Development System materials provided under the Club Licence. By purchasing this product, your club (“Licensee”) acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

1. Grant of Licence

Rocketfoot Kicking (“Licensor”) grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, annual licence to access and distribute the Flawless Kicking Mechanics Development System (“Licensed Materials”) internally within the Licensee’s rugby club for training and educational purposes.

The Licensed Materials include:

• The Sacred Geometry for Flawless Kicking Mechanics handbook (PDF)
• Flawless Kicking Mechanics Video Lesson Series (digital)
• Any additional resources or updates provided during the active licence period.

2. Permitted Use

The Licensee may:

• Distribute the Licensed Materials internally to registered players and coaching staff within the club.
• Allow authorized players and coaches to download, view, or print the materials for personal training use.
• Incorporate the Licensed Materials into the club’s internal training and development programs.

3. Restrictions

The Licensee may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute the Licensed Materials in any format.
• Upload the Licensed Materials to public websites, social media platforms, or file-sharing sites.
• Distribute the Licensed Materials to individuals not affiliated with the club.
• Edit, alter, or create derivative works of the Licensed Materials without written permission from the Licensor.

4. Term & Renewal

• The licence is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• The licence must be renewed annually to maintain distribution rights.
• If the licence is not renewed, the Licensee must cease all distribution of the Licensed Materials.
• Players and coaches who received the materials during an active licence period may retain their personal copies, but the club may not continue distributing after expiry.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• All Licensed Materials remain the sole property of Rocketfoot Kicking.
• All content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• The Licensee receives no ownership rights to the Licensed Materials.

6. Liability

• Rocketfoot Kicking is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of the Licensed Materials.
• The Licensee is responsible for ensuring proper and safe use of the materials within their club.

7. Termination

Rocketfoot Kicking reserves the right to terminate this licence immediately if these terms are breached. Upon termination, the Licensee must stop all distribution and use of the Licensed Materials.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and accessing the ProForm Kicking Club Licence, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Use. No physical or digital signature is required.
